Why we use it

• To calculate, process and communicate about a transfer request.
• To confirm, deliver and administer the transfer service.
• To meet legal, accounting, security and fraud-prevention obligations.

Service providers

We use hosting, database, mapping and email providers to operate the service. Booking data may be sent to FleetCore only when transfer operations require it. Card payments are handled through the payment provider selected for the confirmed booking; SOVA Transfers does not store card details.

Retention and rights

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the booking, legal obligations and legitimate operational records. You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction or object to processing by contacting us.
