Booking requests

A booking sent through this website is a request, not an automatic confirmation. We confirm availability, the agreed journey and the payment arrangement before a transfer is confirmed.

Price and payment

The price shown before you send a request is calculated from the journey details and the current tariff. The agreed price is confirmed before booking and does not change unless the customer requests a change to the journey.

Cash payments are made to the driver after the transfer. For card payment requests, SOVA Transfers confirms the journey first and then sends an individual secure payment link.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if plans change. Any change, cancellation or applicable charge is communicated and agreed before it is applied.

Passenger responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, pickup, destination and travel details.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time.
• Use child seats and passenger equipment required by law or agreed in advance.

Service

We use reasonable care to provide a safe and punctual service. Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic restrictions, weather, road closures and force majeure, may affect a journey.
