Booking requests

A booking sent through this website is a request, not an automatic confirmation. Availability, journey details and payment arrangements are reviewed before confirmation.

Most requests are reviewed within a few minutes. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive the SOVA confirmation.

For bookings made less than 24 hours before pickup, SOVA assigns a driver as soon as possible and sends the contact as soon as the driver is assigned.

Price and payment

The amount displayed while planning the journey is a route estimate. The price stated in the SOVA booking confirmation is the agreed price. It does not increase because of traffic, a road closure or a necessary change of route. The price may change only if the passenger later requests an additional stop, another destination or another change to the agreed service.

• Requested child seats charged according to the current price list

Flight tracking

When you enter a valid flight number, SOVA monitors the flight and coordinates the driver with the actual arrival. After a significant delay, the assigned driver may change.

Pickup and waiting time

• With a valid flight number, the driver is coordinated with the actual landing and waits up to 60 minutes after landing.
• Without a flight number, airport waiting is up to 30 minutes from the agreed pickup time.
• At a regular address, the driver arrives 15 minutes early and waits up to 15 minutes after the agreed time, unless another arrangement is confirmed.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation depends on the confirmed pickup and journey distance.

• Split Airport transfers and local journeys under 50 km: free up to 2 hours before pickup.
• Transfers of 50 km or more: free up to 24 hours before pickup.
• After the free period: 50% of the confirmed price.
• After the driver has been dispatched, or passenger no-show: 100% of the confirmed price.
• A cancelled flight may be rescheduled without a fee, subject to availability.
• SOVA may waive a fee after reviewing exceptional circumstances.

Passenger responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and travel details.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time.
• Request child seats or other required equipment in advance.

Service conditions

We use reasonable care to provide a safe and punctual service. Traffic restrictions, weather, road closures and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect a journey.
