- Name, email address and telephone number.
- Pickup, destination, travel time, passenger details and optional notes.
- Payment-method selection and payment-link status when applicable.
Why we use it
- To calculate and process a transfer request.
- To confirm, provide and administer the service.
- To meet legal, accounting, security and fraud-prevention obligations.
Service providers
Hosting, database, mapping and email providers support the service. Booking data may be sent to FleetCore for transfer operations. Payment providers process card payments; SOVA Transfers does not store card details.
Retention and your rights
Data is kept only as long as required for the booking, legal duties and legitimate records. You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction or objection.
